Cannabis flower is legal for medical use only. It is classified as a controlled herb under Ministry of Public Health regulations, and any purchase requires a valid prescription (form พ.ท.33 / "PT 33") issued by a licensed Thai practitioner following a consultation. We operate under these rules at every branch.
Yes — a prescription is required for every purchase. A licensed practitioner conducts a consultation to assess whether cannabis is medically appropriate for you. If it is, they issue a PT 33 prescription, valid for up to a 30-day supply. Whether a prescription is issued depends entirely on the practitioner's medical assessment.
Absolutely, but with a prescription from a licensed Thai practitioner. Prescriptions and medical cards from other countries are not valid in Thailand, and importing cannabis is prohibited. Please bring photo ID.
Public consumption is prohibited and can result in fines. Keep products in their original labelled packaging together with your prescription.
